Abstract:
Jurisprudence of the administrative, financial, constitutional, civil rights faced with the problem of the legal status of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The provisions of a number of regulations on the competence of Bank of Russia did not conclusively determine the status of the body. The article reveals a number of issues, revealing the problem.
