Abstract:
The article, based on the theory of law enforcement management, analyzed the readiness of the administrative and administrative mechanisms to implement the Russian Interior Ministry policy documents of strategic planning in the field of public safety. With regard to the research topic to be confirmed subject management (territorial bodies of the MIA Russia), object management (public safety and public order), goals and methods of implementing control functions. Analyzes the main trends in the field of public order and their impact on public safety. Stato-dynamic management model is proposed as areas for further improvement of the implementation of the concept of public security.
