Abstract:
The article is devoted to the identification of priority areas of the Russian Federation activities of the prosecution authorities in the use and protection of water bodies. For the purposes of this study conducted a survey 237 employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, on the basis of results of the analysis of which is given the author's classification of typical violations in the study area. In addition the author made suggestions to improve the organization of supervisory activities. The article is useful for both practical and scientific workers.
