PRINCIPLES OF ACTIVITY OF LEGISLATIVE BODIES OF SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The aim of the research is to identify the main problems of practical activities legislative (representative) public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the above purpose, the main task of the research is analysis of the principles of activities of the regional parliaments. The research was made on the basis of the analysis of Federal and regional legislation of the Russian Constitution and the famous French specialist in this field M. Prelo. Made by the author of generalization can be the basis for further theoretical development issues of activity of legislative (representative) public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation. The research materials can be used in the legislative process and in the educational process, in the framework of the study «Constitutional law of Russia», «Constitutional (state) law of foreign countries» and a number of specialized courses on state and legal specialization. According to the author, the implementation of the principles of activities of the regional parliaments in practice is fundamental to strengthening the democratic foundations of Russian statehood and integrity of the country.
