Abstract:
In response to the increased number of bankruptcies and closures of enterprises and organizations in our country, the issues of financial stability become very relevant. In the article the concept of financial stability of, its elements, factors affecting its maintenance. Discusses the main types of financial stability. It shows direct relationship between financial stability with the bankruptcy prevention. The analysis of the provisions of a number of legislative acts that establish criteria (norms, ratios), which are designed to support and ensure the financial sustainability of the organizations (enterprises). The characteristic of both General and specific criteria of financial stability. Examines specific criteria that are inherent in individual organizations (enterprises). Noted some problematic aspects of legal regulation of ensuring of financial stability of enterprises (organizations) in the Russian Federation.
