Abstract:
In the article given an attempt is made to generalize the active legal acts of the national legislation of Russian Federation, regulating the electoral rights, including those concerning election campaign. A list of the constitutional rights in the electoral campaign sphere and the regulation at federal legislation level are explored in detail. A great amount of attention is dedicated to studying the legal base of the police activity in the system of protecting electoral rights of Russian citizens.
