Abstract:
The article analyzes the features of the functioning of the judiciary in the Russian political system. Attention is drawn to the special role of the dominant in the administrative activities of the judiciary and its alienation from the political process, which limits the autonomy and independence of the judiciary in our country. On the basis of research as scientists and lawyers as well as political scientists conclusions and proposals on the functioning of the judiciary in the Russian political system.
