Abstract:
Objective: The article answers the problem posed by the author practical problem and establish research ways to counter the stakeholders during the production of reinvestigation of crimes, associated with the failure or improper performance of duties on education minor, as well as the establishment of complex forensically important ways to effectively neutralize. Model: On the basis of analysis of the general theoretical propositions, opinion survey of law enforcement officers and studied forensic investigative practices reflects the specificity of counteracting behavior by officials of prevention agencies, and persons involved in the upbringing of a minor, in the work of law enforcement agencies in collecting information about the crimes stipulated in Article 156 of the Criminal Code. Conclusion: Established to assist the counter the persons concerned are subject to objective forensic adjustment by learning and using techniques of neutralization of obstacles, created in the work of law enforcement officers. Value: The publication is intended for practitioners of the internal affairs and increase their level of professionalism in solving the problems considered, teachers and students at law schools.
