Abstract:
In this research the system of criminal law norms of Ukraine, Latvia and Bulgaria is observed; comparative analysis of articles of common and specific parts is given; fundamental contradictions between common and specific criminal law norms are determined; the solvation of these contradictions is proposed. The conclusion about the efficiency the reception of certain provisions of legislation of Ukraine, Latvia and Bulgaria during the codification of the national criminal law is given.
