Abstract:
This article is devoted to the analysis of the functions of constitutions (charters) of subjects of the Russian Federation. Based on the study of constitutional material and the main theoretical approaches highlights the functions of the Constitution (Charter) of the subject of the Russian Federation, given their characteristics.
