Abstract:
Every year in the country an increase in crimes committed with use of firearms. At the same time, more complicated ways of committing crimes that become a higher level, which leads to the increase of human losses, the destruction of a greater number of material objects and the influence on the system of spiritual values, which is often not recoverable. This article describes the possible sources and channels of receipt of firearms in the North Caucasus Federal district.
