Abstract:
The article presents a detailed overview of the criminal procedure principles by which Russian courts seek to identify the true circumstances of the criminal case and their solid basis make fair decisions and judgments in order to strengthen social order. In the article tracks the existing legal principles in criminal procedure Russian criminal justice process, reflected in the form of specific legislative provisions, prosecutor investigation and judicial solutions.
