The peculiarities of the constitutional legal proceedings, testifying of its complexity, necessitate the establishment of more strict professional experience requirements and experience of the litigation attorneys representing clients in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Constitutional (statutory) Courts of subjects of the Russian Federation. The contributor, Mrs. Didyk formulates on the base of the study of judicial constitutional practice, on the base of analysis of the implementation of the rights and duties of advocates in Constitutional proceedings, on the base of study of advocates dossier, identifying errors in the implementation of the lawyers representation in the form of proceedings, articulates a number of proposals for improving the mechanism of raising professional skills of defence lawyers in the field of constitutional judicial process. The necessity of establishment of the Institute of accreditation of professional representatives before the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and constitutional (Charter) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation.
