On the issue of voluntary pension insurance

In the process of reforming the pension system and introducing "funded mechanisms for financing pensions," non-state pension funds played an important role. Taking into account the social importance of the pension rights of citizens, the state legislatively enough "detailed" regulated the powers of NPFs, which led to the appearance of peculiar legal constructions, as well as competition between NPFs. However, in the process of implementing voluntary pension insurance, citizens face a number of problems that need to be resolved at the legislative level. Objective: Study of the operation and functioning of voluntary pension insurance Model: Methodological basis of the research is a set of methods of scientific cognition, among which the leading place is occupied by the comparative legal method, the dialectical-materialistic method and the method of system analysis Conclusions: Voluntary pension insurance is now becoming more popular and profitable investment of money to ensure a decent pension, but citizens face a number of problems, including problems of legal regulation of transfers from one fund to another, as well as the search for an optimal choice of non-state pension fund Social consequences: This study may have an impact on the further development of voluntary pension insurance in Russia Originality / Value: This study can be applied in the development of a bill on amending the legislation on voluntary pension insurance
