Abstract:
Execution of court decisions is one of the most important and at the same time problematic aspect of the administration of justice. The article analyzes the procedure for organizing the execution of court decisions, the activities of the relevant authorities and accordingly their implementation in the post-soviet space. As can be seen from the above analysis, despite the relatively short history of independent existence of these countries, approaches to execution of court decisions and the organization of the relevant authorities in the former Soviet republics vary considerably.
