Civil-law regulation of compulsory and voluntary pension insurance in the Russian Federation

Objective: To study the civil law regulation of compulsory and voluntary pension insurance in the context of forthcoming changes in the current legislation. Model: Methodological basis of the research is a set of methods of scientific cognition, among which the leading place is occupied by the comparative legal method, the dialectical-materialistic method and the method of system analysis. Conclusions: Currently, he is discussing various projects of the RF pension system, which include both reorganizing the FIU into a public-law company, granting them more powers, and introducing an individual pension capital system, as a substitute for traditional systems of voluntary pension insurance. Change the change to a random RF system. Social consequences: This study may have an impact on the further development of the pension insurance system in Russia. Originality / Value: This study can be used to develop a bill on amending the legislation on pension insurance.
