Abstract:
The problem of the origin of terrorism as one of the most dangerous phenomena of our time always of concern not only scientists and researchers but a simple layman, of man and of the citizen, on whose rights and interests may encroach crimes of a terrorist nature. In this article author considers economic and legal determinants of the emergence of terrorism, their relationship with the socio-political foundations of society, as well as possible solutions to the problems. Of course without the participation of the key institutions of state power, the implementation of mechanisms to eradicate the causes of terrorism is impossible and requires special attention of law enforcement.
