Social well-being of the penitentiary system employees in conditions of the legal system reforms

A phenomenon of social well-being as a factor and a condition of professional activity of penal system employees is analyzed in this article. It is underlined that the social wellbeing is the important part of the employee’s consciousness, integrating important aspects of the relationship with the system and representing its reaction to life conditions changes. Special attention is given to the social well-being influence on the employees’ willingness to professional activity.
