REHABILITATION CAN NOT BE, NOT COVER BY PRESCRIPTION, OR THAT NATIVES OUN - URA AND PRESENT ULTRANATIONALISTS, CAPTURING PUBLIC POWER IN UKRAINE

In article argued, that Nuremberg International Military Tribunal recognized SS as a criminal organization. Due to obvious connection with SS Organization of Ukrainian nationalists (bandera's movement) - Ukrainian rebel army - are also criminal organizations, their leader Bandera and his underlings - war criminals. On crimes, committed by banderas on territories of Ukraine, Belarus, Russian Federation, Poland et al., does not extend prescription period. Banderas rehabilitation can not be. Present neobanderas, who captured public power in Ukraine, understands that their actions fall under qualification by articles of Charter and other acts and documents of Nuremberg IMT, introducing norms of modern international law. But they are unlikely to stop and actively repent. As in past US, other countries of Anglo-Saxon part of «civilized» West concealed activists of OUN - URA from Soviet justice, so today and in foreseeable future, official Washington, London and so on give not lasts (goes on trail) of OUN - URA to Russian justice, what ever crimes they have no committed. In this regard author believes, that Russian Federation should be more systematic, principled and effective approach to chase, inevitable and just punishment of those, who have committed crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity. After all, it has enough of own resources, means and powers.
