Abstract:

This article analyzes the concept and procedure for conducting auctions in electronic form in accordance with The Federal Law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FL "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs." The article deals with the rights and obligations of the customer in conducting electronic auctions, as well as document management features. The author focuses on the accreditation of participants of the electronic auction on an electronic platform.
