Abstract:

The article discusses the legal integration as a kind of regional integration. In fact, the legal integration is an integral part of the integration process, since any cooperation of the states appropriately fixed by joint acts of the states - participants - international treaties, agreements, etc. Depending on the objectives of cooperation in the article are allocated kinds of legal integration in existing regional associations, the author formulated the definition of each of the types of legal integration.
