Abstract:

The article focuses on the application of compulsory educational measures, appointed by the juvenile, released from criminal punishment. It analyzes the problems arising from the release of juveniles from punishment on the basis of art. 92 of the Criminal Code, authors make proposals on the expansion of the circle of persons who can be exempt from punishment with application of compulsory educational measures.
