Abstract:
Task - The task of writing a research work on the problems of the international fight against crime was the study of its continuing growth in the world. The existing system of enforcement to combat crime cannot cope with this growth. Increase the number of employees - ineffective way. It is necessary to look for other solutions, including refer to the positive experience of countries in Asia-Pacific-Region. Model - Research methodology - comparative analysis (in the field of comparative and international criminology). Conclusions - Analysis of the characteristics of the organization of international legal fight against crime reveals a weakness of international integration, internal contradictions, the need to change both working methods of the national law enforcement agencies. Practical value - proposals for the organization of international legal fight against crime in the countries of the world to new criminal threats, is extremely important for modern Russia.
