Abstract:
For modern people, there are reasons for polygamy concealment of identification when you find online Intrenet. These are: the control of law enforcement agencies, employers and school administrators. There is a tendency to strengthen control of the Internet by Russian law enforcement authorities. In addition, many people just like the feeling of anonymity and freedom of communication, it is their right. The rights protected by Articles 23 and 24 of the Constitution.
