Abstract:

The article discusses the concept of controlled delivery of weapons and ammunition, as from the standpoint of international regulations and federal legislation, cooperation in conducting controlled delivery between intelligence units of border authorities, police and customs authorities. Based on the review of the characteristics of each of the interacting bodies there was revealed the role of the intelligence units of the border authorities.
