Abstract:
This article presents the characteristics of the individual offender, organizing and facilitating illegal migration. We analyze the socio-demographic characteristics of this category of persons, moral-psychological and criminal law. As a result of the study, the author notes that not infrequently these individuals characterized by the presence of kinship with the citizens of border states.
