Abstract:

The article deals with the concept of the rule of law, its place in the life of Russian society. In particular, the copyright position on the definition of the rule of law, are the theoretical aspects related to the rule of law and the political regime, the relationship of the rule of law with the State of society, of citizens, officials, with democracy, democratic institutions. The appropriate analysis and relative regional composition of the rule of law, the legal basis of the rule of law, its structure.
