Abstract:
Task - the theoretical and historical and legal analysis of problems of formation of system of legal education of citizens in Russia; detection of regularities and features of formation of a state policy in this sphere, and also influence of mass media. Model - as the used methods of research it should be noted the general and private methods of research, including, historical and legal, system and legal and other methods. A basis of research were scientific works in the field of history, analytical materials. Conclusions - the existing problem needs the further profound analysis, a specification and systematization. Especially it belongs to influence of mass media on education of citizens. A framework research/possibility of the subsequent use of results of scientific work - research is devoted to the analysis of a problem of formation of system of legal education of citizens in Russia / when writing manuals and the generalizing works on history of state and law, writing of special courses, programs, and also for further researches in the field. The practical significance - the provisions and conclusions formulated in research can promote strengthening of attention to the revealed problems in the studied area. Originality/value - in this article influence of mass media on development of system of legal education of the citizen in Russia at the end of XX - the beginning of the XXI century is considered. Disorder not only the existing system of legal education, but also education in general is observed.
