Abstract:
Today it’s vitally to develop scientifically reasonable, practice-focused decisions on improvement of educational processes of civil servants on the basis of modern distance learning technologies for formation of adequate complex educational services for civil servants in Russia which is the main cause for relevance and timeliness of this work. Within the research it is offered to consider educational process of civil servants as the didactic model, presenting it as the system of the following structure: purposes of training → models of training → methods of training → educational forms → training aids. It allows on the basis of the formalized procedures of the analytic hierarchy process with participation of experts to pick up appropriate realization means for civil servants training on the basis of the distance learning technologies.
