Abstract:
The article is devoted to the social aspects of the legal personality of the state institutions of science education and the use of additional (extra) sources of financial support of their activities. The social effect is expressed in the above-mentioned legal persons having public scientific institutions in low-budget financing of social services with broad rights for self-development and use of these sources in the enjoyment of social activities, extra social welfare and material incentives for their employees.
