Abstract:
The problem - the reason of writing this research on crime in the Asia-Pacific region has become the study of a unique experience, the existing systems of impact on crime in China, Japan and other countries of the region. Research the causes of their success allow us to understand the special role of the National Eastern-term culture and traditional way of life in the anti-criminogenic factors. For example, in China against the background of a stable political environment is able to stabilize the crime. A Japanese system of impact on crime is interesting in that it is almost perfectly managed to combine the relative softness with high efficiency. The aim of the publication was also acquainted the audience with the Russian scientific assessments of foreign, especially Chinese and Japanese scientists and criminologists. Model - Research Methodology - comparative analysis (in comparative and international criminology). Conclusions - In different countries, the APR has developed its own system of impact on crime tend to combine traditional and modern factors deterring criminal policy of-State. Practical value: the experience of the system of impact on crime harmoniously associated traditional values and new social challenge.
