This paper investigates the problems of the regional dimension of rights and freedoms of man and citizen that is the relevance of this study. For the multinational people of the Russian Federation , there are differences . These differences have links with companies that belong to different religions , beliefs , and are expressed in societies , most expressed in the religious sphere , in beliefs and culture. However, that is no reason to limit the rights and freedoms of man and grazhdanina.Na example legislation Stavropol Territory , the author substantiates this thesis.
