Abstract:

Objective - the formulation of scientific problems related to the lack of effects of uniformity of legal regulation of the premises of the suspect or accused to a psychiatric hospital in the course of a criminal investigation. Model - used modern methods of comparative legal, logical-legal, statistical studies, the analysis of trace-governmental and litigation. Conclusions - the proposed unification of the premises of the suspect or accused in a psychiatric hospital. Originality/value - this article is intended for specialists in the field of criminal law scholars and practitioners.
