Abstract:
In the article, in order to identify features of the legal status of the prosecutor at the trial stage in the states - members of CIS (excluding the Russian Federation), carried out comparative legal analysis of the criminal-procedural status of the said officials while maintaining the state charges. Attention is paid to the rights and responsibilities of the prosecutor, his discretion in the proceedings, the issues of maintaining the civil action along with the prosecution and appeal court decisions in higher courts.
