Abstract:
This article deals with the organization of interaction with service commission investigator in the investigation of traffic offenses. An important role in the investigation of criminal cases in this category play materials internal investigation, as they are one of the evidence in the case, and the opinion of the committee that conducted an internal investigation - one of the major versions, which are subject to review during the preliminary investigation.
