Abstract:
The article deals with the issues on legal condition of employers’ association, inclusive of amendments by the Law of 28.11.2015 №156. It analyzes provisions, related to the concept and types of employers’ association, the requirements to the founders of such associations, as well as the rights, duties and responsibilities of employers' associations’ members.
