Abstract:
In article the sales problem of Fundamentals of the state cultural policy in the sphere of development of national culture of the people of Russia is analyzed. Believing that current laws and practice for the present don't provide effective implementation of national and cultural policy at all levels of the public and social management, the author addresses in experience of the Republic of Tatarstan and formulates recommendations about enhancement of competence and interaction of bodies of the state, local self-government, public organizations in the sphere of legal regulation of the national and cultural relations.
