Abstract:

The article given criminal-legal characteristic of terrorist activities. Defines the role of facilitating its implementation. The article considers international experience of application of forced measures to persons involved in terrorist activities. Gives opinions on the matter. The author proposes a list of measures and estimated the mechanism of their implementation, and to complement the responsibility on the composition of the criminal code criminalizes participation in the activity of terrorist activities. Evaluated the preventive effect of these changes.
