Abstract:
The task of research is to identify the main problems of the organization of the investigation of crimes committed by non-contact method using the Internet, as well as involving illicit trafficking of the new narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances with complicated chemical formula. Model analysis and synthesis possible to formulate a conclusion that the actual problem for Russia was the variability of ways to commit certain types of crimes that require the development of new methods of investigation. The scientific results can be used in the study of the theoretical foundations, the nature and content of the methodology of the investigation of crimes committed by non-contact method. The practical significance of the fact that the article presents the results of the study of modern types of crimes committed by non-contact manner through the Internet related to a disguised form of the spread of new types of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The social consequences are to the increasing role of theoretical research and practical experience in the investigation of the activities of new types of crimes committed by non-contact manner via the Internet, as well as related disguised forms of dissemination of new types of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Originality and value of the results of this research work is that they can be used, as in the educational process of universities to train specialists of the preliminary investigation, training courses investigators and investigators, as in the scientific field research problems of the organization of the investigation.
