Abstract:
The article considers social and economic, moral and educational and criminal and legal measures of counteraction to illegal formation (creation, reorganization) of the legal entity and to illegal use of documents for formation of legal entity. Provisions of article can be used at further researches of crime in the sphere of economic activity; in activity of specialized subjects of prevention of illegal formation of legal entity and illegal use of documents for formation of legal entity.
