Abstract:
The purpose of this Research is to describe the main quantitative and qualitative indicators of theft and extortion of weapons, it obtained in theory of the author's analysis of official statistical materials and criminal cases involving this type of crime in the Kyrgyz Republic, which is important for the organization of effective preventive measures. The methodology of the Research, constitute provisions of the materialist dialectic (methods of system analysis and statistical research, etc.). Research materials may be used in the study program of the "Criminology". Indicate the direction of increase of efficiency measures for the prevention of theft and extortion of weapons.
