APPOINTMENT OF notary EXPERTISE in order to ensure EVIDENCE - as a guarantee the constitutional right to qualified legal assistance

Abstract:
The role of the notary as a constitutional guarantee of the right to receive qualified legal assistance is considered. The conditions of appointment of notaries examination are considered. Written terms of appointment of notaries examination in order to obtain evidence, notes that the failure to provide proof, as well as the refusal to make any other notarial acts, can be appealed in court by interested persons at the location of public notary office or notary engaged in private practice.
