Abstract:
Purpose: To examine the mechanism, a method and ways of legal regulation of power industry as one of economy branches at the present stage are considered. Findings: Aspects of management are considered by power from the state and mechanisms of market self-regulation that allowed the author to draw a conclusion that regulation of activity of subjects of the energy market is a special type of state regulation of economy. Originality: The author noted feature of system of the legal regulation, confirming complex nature of the norms regulating the sphere energy drinks.
