Abstract:
The article presents a criminological analysis of the effects of involving of the non-adults in the commitment of crimes of the terrorist character on the basis of analysis of structure, dynamics and trends of these crimes. The article defines the structure of terrorist crimes among juveniles, involved in the commitment of crimes of the considered category. Objective: to determine the criminological picture of the effects of involvement of the non-adults in the commitment of crimes of the terrorist character. The following methods were used: the comparative-legal analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). Application results. The results can be used in activity of subjects of prevention of terrorist crimes.
