The question of the implementation of law enforcement functions in the activities of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the MIA of Russia

Tasks. The main aim of this work is the need for a detailed study of the peculiarities of the implementation of law enforcement functions in the activities of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the MIA of Russia. The relevance of this topic due to the keen interest of domestic (N.A. Karpova, D.V. Pozharsky I.L. Chestnov, etc.) and foreign (J. Jeschke, Kurta Henryk) legal scholars to the subject, as well as the special role of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the MIA of Russia in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Model. Methodological base of research forms a set of different methodological techniques and means of knowledge. Given the complexity of the monitoring subject uses General philosophical, General scientific, private, and special methods of cognition, in particular: comparative, documentary analysis, formal-legal, formal logical and some other methods. Conclusions. The national Central Bureau of Interpol of the MIA of Russia plays an important role in the implementation of law enforcement functions in cooperation with law enforcement bodies of foreign States and international law enforcement organizations. Cooperation within the framework of the Interpol allows to implement the law enforcement functions for the prevention and disclosure of the most serious crimes against the person, property and public safety. Originality/value. The present study is aimed at teachers, graduate students engaged in research of problems of implementation of law in the modern state, as well as employees of bodies of internal Affairs, engaged in interaction with foreign law enforcement agencies and organizations of law enforcement focus, within the framework of Interpol.
