Abstract:
In article disclosed features of using of informational technologies in juridical communication, established necessity of their application in era of informational society, showed their importance in vital functions of people. However, in article listed and hazards, which may arise in connection with using of such technologies. In conclusion founded output, that these technologies are perform only mediation functions, do not replace direct human communication.
