Abstract:
The article is devoted to determinants of malicious evasion from payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents. On the basis of generalization of materials investigative and jurisprudence, the analysis of results of questioning among various categories of the population by the author defined the reasons and conditions causing malicious evasion from payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents. The article offers some measures of minimization of factors of malicious evasion from payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents.
