Abstract:
Objectives: Today, without a hidden economic activity is no longer possible to make an objective idea of the scale of the national economy, and especially some of its sectors, such as trade and services. The article is devoted to finding the most effective public policies in the fight against the shadow economy and economic crimes. Models and methods - In the Russian Federation the existence of the shadow economy, unfortunately, is a recognized fact. In addition, the extent of covert and criminal economic activity has reached a size where made a significant impact on the main macroeconomic indicators. Conclusions and results - The shadow economy - is hidden, undisclosed facts of production, consumption, exchange, distribution, division of material goods, works or services. Originality and practical value - Today, without a hidden economic activity is no longer possible to make an objective idea of the scale of the national economy, and especially some of its sectors, such as trade and services.
