Abstract:
Objectives: the article defines the importance of legal education in the performance of employees of internal affairs bodies; The problem of insufficient legal regulation of issues of legal education of this category of persons has been investigated. Model: the following methods were used: formal legal, logical, comparative legal, systemic. Conclusions: it is necessary to raise the level of legal awareness of employees of internal affairs bodies; there is no regulatory legal act clearly defining measures to increase the legal awareness of the personnel of the internal affairs bodies; there is no department directly involved in organizing the legal education of employees. Suggestions: adopt a special regulatory legal act regulating the issues of legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies; create a department specifically involved in the implementation of legal education in this structure. Value: the results of the study can be used by the subjects of legal education in the practical activities of employees of internal affairs.
