Implementation of copyright through the Internet: some problems

Copyright protection is defined as a set of measures aimed at the restoration or recognition of copyright and related rights and protection of the interests of their owners in case of their violation or contestation. The urgency of the problem of copyright protection is that not all the possibilities of copyright protection laid down in the legislation of the Russian Federation are applied in practice, especially with regard to the protection of copyright on the Internet. This article discusses the violation of copyright holders of intellectual property, as well as the possibility of solving this problem for both parties, in order to avoid the consequences and liability under applicable law. Recommendations to the right holders for the actual protection of the value created by them are given.
